Default New to orchids

Hi everyone. I wanted to introduce myself. I have very little experience with orchids but I hope to change that really soon. I have been building terrariums for dart frogs and have grown really fond of the orchids many people use in their vivariums. I have a friend who's step mother is an orchid fanatic who I plan on getting a few beginner plants from to start with. Other than that, I have 2 home depot orchids and a bulbophylum (sp?) I am learning about.
I also have designed a flower pot that is specifically for plants that have sensitive roots but require transplanting. I was told this is the case with some finicky orchids and may come in use. I was hoping some of you could sort of evaluate it and give me a little feedback. If it sounds like it may be something you all are interested in let me know. If I get any type of response I will post pictures of my design in the parts and equipment section.
Look forward to talking with you all and learning everything I can.
