Hi all,

I am a complete noob in the world of orchids, but have recently moved into a house whose previous owner loved them ... they're all over the property, all kinds and varieties and universally in poor condition. After bumming around google and some forums for a couple of days trying to figure out how to salvage what I can, I am completely overwhelmed and don't even know where to start.

So I figured I'd come here, maybe start with a single plant, see what yall think, and maybe with your help we can give these plants the love they deserve.

First ... Aloha.

Second, take photos of each plant individually. Then post each one --- they don't have to each have their own post BUT if you post many of the plants in the same post then number the photos so folks responding can say "plant #2 is a ___ and it will need this care ..."

Actually, we've been pretty wet here for the last 18 months. May have been the only thing that saved a bunch of them.
