My name is Lyndsey and I am a professional photographer . I also started doing some wedding planning. I had an idea of orchids, but had no idea there were so many different kinds till I started planning an ALL orchid wedding. The bride's bouquet is three stems of some lime green orchids that are $75.00 a stem. I did my research and learned a lot! I'm trying to talk her into using live plants instead of cuts as her centerpieces. I found a little old Italian woman who sells orchids at the local flea market, I found out what to look for and bought my first... yeah...now I have three! Addicted already. I bought all kinds of accessories and a new baby orchid at the local walmart, I re potted it and it looks great so far. The baby is a Cattleya. I'm here to learn. Orchids are beautiful and I already had tons of orchid photos from the Biltmore mansion. Now I get to take some of my own! to me!
