Hi welcome As a new member the community is nice can sound kinda upset if the problem is very threatening to the orchid, but they aren't trying to be rude the just want to make sure you understand how important the condition is. Also seems you like words too, as I don't hear many use the word chlorophile which if I'm correct means a lover of plants.
