Here are 4 pics of our custom-made little balcony with SST bars and the tall custom-made bamboo rack/shelving unit. The orchid plants love it here: Nice bright morning sunshine with a natural high-humidity most of the time and mild nice temps overall.

Beautiful flowers! Haha, you are an American living in China and I'm a Chinese living in the US! Are there many varieties of orchids you can buy in China? I thought most common ones there are Cymbidium, Phalaenopsis, Cattleya and limited kinds of Dendrobium.

Most of my plants are from Taiwan. A couple from Thailand. Here in Zhuhai, we have a large 'flower market' that has many large dealers selling all kinds of plants, shrubs, etc. Many of these dealers also sell orchids with a good variety. However, they do not know names or id's of plants too well.

Of course, China has many many growers of orchids that ship all over the world. I do not have access to these suppliers as they sell only wholesale.

But I am happy with my 18 orchid plants that I have. One cattleya, 8 phals, and 9 dendrobium.
