My name is Greg. I am an American retired music teacher now teaching English and living in Zhuhai China. It is a long story how I arrived here. My wife died of a rare bladder cancer in July of 2014. I was very lost without her. It took me all this time to re-group. I have re-married a Chinese woman and life once again is good.
Zhuhai is in a sub-tropical climate on the South China Sea, perfect for growing orchids, unlike North Dakota where I lived for the last 10 years while in the USA.
Space is always at a premium, so having the space to grow orchids can be difficult. I have included some pics of our little custom balcony with our beautiful custom bamboo rack. The plants love it! Perfect amount of sunshine and Zhuhai usually having high humidity.
