Welcome Alice! My French is unfortunately lacking, even after 4 years of it in school I really need to start practicing again. What sort of orchids do you grow?

Anything feeting with my environnement (and pretty) ! I have phal, paphi, dendro, oncidium.. And I want a lot more !

A good way to learn vocabulary and grammar is to discuss technical matters in text form with intelligent people in forums. Orchid Board is a good place for this.

We have native English speakers from England, Scotland, Canada and the US. We have English speakers who learned English later in life, from native speakers from all these places.

And there are many people not from native English speaking countries, some of which have excused themselves for their poor English. Yes, people will make mistakes, but they always make themselves understood. And sometimes I think that they write better English than certain people who are native English speakers...
