the plants that i have in my collection is: 2 phals, 1 mini phal, no id oncidium, no id cymbidium, 1 catt “Mari’s Glory”, 1 den “Spanish Eyes”, and 1 paph “Hsingying Alien”. I have 4 new plants in the mail right now: maxillaria variabilis, Epicyclia Laura Meyer, phal. amboinensis, and zygo. “starburst”.
Spokane can get hot and dry in summer. Think now about how you're going to keep them well lit, but not too hot, and keep the humidity up. You have plants that want very bright light, all the way down to bright but full shade.
Most of the plants you mentioned will do well together all year from the point of temperature, if you can keep the humidity a little higher than outside. The Phal. amboinensis needs warmer temperatures than the other ones will tolerate. Try not to let it get below 60 F / 15C. The Maxillaria variabilis will prefer the coolest summer temperatures you can give it.

my windowsill faces west however i have a huge chestnut tree that covers the window so they get bright indirect sunlight all day and warmer shade in the afternoon. my plants seem to do really well here. thank you for all the tips!
