I was originally a member of GNYOS when it was meeting at the snuff mill at the NYBG and participated in setting up many of the GYNOS displays at the NYBG orchid shows. When we left the NYBG I attended a few meetings in the Bronx and just learned that the meetings ended in 2016. I have a greenhouse and am still growing orchids and would like to contact orchid growers with the same interest and problems growing that I do. Most of the members I knew in the GNYOS and the Westchester Orchid Society are long gone and the Orchid Forum seems like a good way to contact other orchid growers and discuss the care and growing of orchids.
