Hello everyone, I'm new to orchids and the forum! I've had luck with a single orchid sitting in my kitchen window (phalaenopsis sp. I think?) that I've had for a couple years now and it's on it's second flower spike. I've recently started really getting interested in micro miniature orchids. It started while researching for a Vivarium which I'm in the process of setting up, and I have no doubt I'll want to eventually setup another terrarium eventually just for these amazing little plants! I'm here to hopefully get some advice and share my experience as I tack orchids onto my list of hobbies!
Lepanthes calodictyon is an easy miniature to grow and its almost impossible to overwater. Its also a fast grower compared to phalaenopsis, and mine has gotten seven new leaves since I got it in February. It also blooms almost constantly.
