Hello and a spiffy story

Hello! I've posted a few times already, but just thought I'd formally introduce myself and share a funny story with everyone... My name is Mason, I live in Georgia and work as Natural Foods department manager at a local grocery store (Kroger).
I currently have 4 orchids, two of which are phals rescued from the floral department at work I've had these two for a few years now...
The other two are where the story comes in. I've been wanting a paphiopedilum for a looong time and I finally looked around and ordered one on ebay about a week ago. It's Paph. Luna Pleasure (Luna Shadow 'Lehua One & A Half'xJewel Green 'Lehua Irridescent Green'). I received the plant on Saturday and it is Beautiful(and in spike).
Well today I received another package from the same seller with my address on it... I opened it and it turns out it was supposed to go to someone in Alabama! It's a Miniature Angraecum Didieri... I emailed the seller and offered to ship it to the address it was meant for, and because I offered to help he just told me to keep it and that he'd ship another one to that person! I know how to care for the paph, but if anyone has some input on the Angraecum Didieri it would be much appreciated! Sorry to write such a long post, but I'm just a bit excited about it

Instead of fungicide as the guy from Florida recommends, I give mine extra Calcium.

I think the Angraecum didieri likes moderate to warm temperatures, even watering with almost drying out between waterings, and bright shade. Higher humidity is better.

Thanks for the links and info guys. Will try extra calcium. Where I live in Georgia the humidity stays fairly high, in my house it's around 50% right now. May need to be a bit higher though. Usually I have terrible luck, maybe it's starting to turn around!!!

This should grow well with the other orchids that you already have. I have not found these to be particular about humidity. The only problems I have ever had with them was when I forgot to keep the Calcium supply steady as they tend to be prone to fungus issues.

I flush the pots well to keep the medium from getting toxic as some of the Angraecums can be quite sensitive to that. I grow the Angraecums in red lava rock and basket pots as it is the easiest way for me to grow them in my environment (Ohio).

If you do need to re-pot an Angraecum, soak the roots very well for a few hours before un-potting the orchid, pot in dry medium and keep the roots dry for a few days to give them a chance to heal. That way, the Angraecum will continue to grow as if nothing at all has happened instead of needing to recover.

I think you will find this to be an easy and rewarding orchid to grow.

Up the road here in Atlanta we have a very similar humidity level. Remember, though, that if you run a furnace it sucks the moisture from the air. When I set up my light table, I did so on a day that the humidity outside was in the 70s but when I checked the room it was at about 30. I humidify the room up to about 65% during the day. These plants, in my limited experience (and not your species) seem to like more light than Phals but less than Catts.
