I am an enthusiastic grower of many tropical and temperate orchids. As my user name would suggest I specialize mainly in that of vanilla, but I find every orchid to be unique in its own way.

I like to try bold new things such as growing orchids from seed and getting some of the hardest to find varieties. I also love to cross orchids and make hybrids.

As you read around this forum, you will get plenty of ideas about new orchids. So I'll start by encouraging you to check out Neofinetia falcata orchids. There is a whole section dedicated to these plants: Vanda Alliance -- Neofinetia falcata.
