Smile Hi, i am new here

Hi, i am new here.

I have encountered this website often as i try to search the web for info regarding species and hybrids as well as ailments afflicting my own orchids. So finally i have decided to join. i have 21 orchids. i have a mounted e. tampensis and a mounted isabella (neo laucha) pulchella - these are my favorites! my focus is shifting toward ioncidium purpura (hybrid ionopsis utriculariodes and oncidium flexuosum) I intend to make a "hybrid environment" for it to live in.

WELCOME JASON
Glad you have joined us at the OB
I moved your post to it's own thread so everyone has the opportunity of saying
Sounds like you have some nice and uncommon orchids.
If you get a chance, we love to see some photos of them
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask
Again, welcome

Welcome Jason. I have three tampensis myself. I think they smell wonderful when all are in bloom.

Glad you chose to step forward and join. Enjoy the board, there's much to see and do and read here (almost too much!)

Welcome Jason. You made the right choice by joining the Board. You can get lots of info, and give some. Here is your chance to give some:

You say E. tampensis is one of your faves? What has worked really well for you? What should I avoid? I just got a few of these, and have never grown Encylias.
