Talking Newbie

Hello everyone!

I am really LOVING this board. I have a few orchids and am completely in love with them. I have attached a few photos..... The small flowers does anyonw know what kind those are? I work at Home Depot and fell in love with this one and have no clue as to what it is. The other photo is of a small plant I picked up at English gardens, I know you cannot tell the color but what kind of orchid might this be? Thanks for ANY help.

Ange

Hi Ange, welcome to the board!. The first two pics are of a Paphiopedilum(unable to tell what kind until it blooms) and the little flowers are Oncidium Sharry Baby.

Welcome Ange! Good looking orchids you got there. OMG!! You work at HD? Oh, I'd be broke in no time. Too much temptation for me!

Working at HD does me no good... I still live at home so there is nothing there that I need, works out very well for saving money. Although they do get Orchids in every once in a while, I dont buy too many just drool over them at work and tell everyone how to take care of them so they dont die

I have actually seen some pretty nice orchids IMHO at our S. Florida HD. When my husband heads to the paint, lumber and nails...I'll tell him "you'll find around the orchids"...this works beautifully. I get inspired plus work done on my comdo.

Welcome to the OB
