I recently got into the Orchid Craze after a store bought orchid finally bloomed after one year of just lurking through these boards and reddit, gaining advice and experience to take care of my solo phal.

The blooms really kick-started my entry into really getting serious about orchids.

At the same time that my yellow phals were blooming, I was gifted a lovely white and purple phal from work for "admins day" - I'm a sales coordinator/office admin. I'm proud to say that of the 4 girls gifted these orchids, mine is the only one still alive. Last girl had mealybugs, I saw a couple but from advice on this board, I hope to rid them soon.

I've also started venturing into other phals from ebay. Excited to be a part of this wonderful and accepting community and surely grateful for all the advice you all have provided and will, hopefully, contnue to provide.
