Well you're doing something right with root and leaf growth!

You may want to consider changing your fertilizing regiment to ''weakly weekly''. I've found success in that. Also check to see if your fertilizer has micro nutrients for overall plant health.

Lastly, make sure you have adequate light! I've had some where they grow like no other without flowers until I blasted them (acclimated over time*) in higher light.
