How close do you live to Leesburg Va? If you've not visited Al's Orchids, you should go. His greenhouse isn't huge but a tropical paradise, I love going.

Rothrock42, No you are not an underachiever, I think we are right on par. The first orchid was many years ago 5 or 6 maybe, and nursing it began about 2 years or 1 and 1/2 years ago and during that time I accumulated about 9 other phals (thanks to my husband) then this year for my birthday I treated myself to some other varieties (just love the internet). Then Winter came and Cattleya sickness began (oh the smell, the color) then there was no stopping me. A little Dendrobium (micro chip) arrived so cute and lasted in bloom so long... now more dendrobiums for me. You still have a month to go!!! I see more in your future.. LOL. My last child is getting ready to graduate high school this year so whats a mom to do? I think I found my answer. ORCHIDS!!!
