Thanks for the explanation estacion seca, I guess I should have Googled it to find out. I have definitely never been in one.

I see from the link you provided there is one opening in Houston soon. Does me no good to go check it out. I am about 450 miles northwest of Houston. I rechecked the store locator and the closest one is in Ft Worth about 150 miles east of me. Maybe next time I am in that area which isn't very often, I will give a 'look see'.

I'm not a wine drinker. Too much like rotten grapes tasting for me. My hubby does like wine.
