Hey everyone!

Just want to formally introduce myself.

My name is Jenna and I live in Los Angeles, California.

I purchased an orchid a year ago and it quickly died on me within 2 months. I decided to purchase another and decided I would not let this one have the same fate.

Luckily it is alive and well, and growing new leaves!

Let's just say I have rescued several orchids for friends and feel pretty confident with orchids in general now (tooting my own horn here! lol).

There is one particular mini phal, that a friend literally threw in the trash that won't grow new leaves or anything. I'll discuss that in the beginners thread!

Nice to be here and I hope to care for my beautiful white, purple, yellow and pink, orchids! #ShakesEveryonesHand #NicetoMeetYouAll
