I would second some of these that I have a little experience with, e.g. Cattleya luteola. I'm just getting into minis because of space issues. Here are some others that I have and like (but can't vouch for any real knowledge of quite yet):
Den. jenkinsii - flowers about an inch long. This one is so so adorable.
Tolumnia (Sundown Reef x Red Bird Reef) x Tol. guianense (I know this is a super specific hybrid, but it's teeny and seems very easy to care for - maybe if you could find the parents they would also be very small.)
Mystacidium capense - I love this one too. I just got it, and it's not in flower yet, but I think the flowers are fairly large compared to the plant.
Microterangis hildebrandtii - teeny flowers, so this doesn't quite fit your criteria. But I just got this after falling in love with it at an orchid show. It's a beautiful plant with orange-tipped roots and the flowers are very strange and cool.

Thanks for your welcome, Rosie, and for letting me know that you grow only mini orchids with tiny flowers.

I grows bigger ones as well, but the mini's all have small flowers. Am I right that you are looking for larger flowered minis? My favorite which has a small flower, but big for the plant size is Harella retrocalla, such a cutie that grows well for me
