As far as I can tell Marty runs something that archives accounts that have not been logged in to in over 6 months. I can see the manual option in the admin control panel but I think he may have automated it as it seems to run more often than I think he would be doing manually.

Anyway, Gin's account still exists, but it doesn't show in the list. I reactivate these accounts occasionally for people, I think you must have logged in just often enough herf to stop yours getting caught by that

Welcome back herf, it's so nice to see you on OB again!!! I still have lots of orchids, but am on OB much less frequently (lack of time).

No, I haven't seen Gin around here in a long long time either. She still posts photos of her orchids on Facebook, though her primary interest seems to be all of her birds.

As to the chatroom, it's very rarely used anymore. I guess we lost the habit, and use of it gradually died out. Though it would be nice to chat again, like in the 'old days'!

I remember you Herf!! I was gone for a while too - changed careers, moved, all sorts of things - never gave up the orchids though I miss the chatroom! We used to hang out there a lot - like 2008-2010. its been a while
