Welcome! I might have a little frost at my house in Phoenix tonight while you wear T shirts and short pants.

Hello from New Jersey! I'm new here as well although not new to orchids. Congrats on getting a plant you've had for so long bloom for you. I came here to try an get an ID on a Cattleya Alliance orchid and to show off my Dracula vampira that will be in bloom any day now. So excited but no one I know personally would understand why, so here I am.

Welcome from a fellow Canadian! I'm a newbie too; couldn't get any of my friends here to understand why I was so crazy about my babies! So now, here I am It's a wonderful community here, great people who all share the same obsession and a wealth of knowledge - you'll love it! Which part of Canada are you from?

Hey thanks for reaching out. I have heard of Deep Cut from the orchid shows at Silva Orchids. I will definitely consider joining because I really don't know anyone personally that knows anything about orchids. I just enjoy the challenge but it would be nice to learn from other enthusiasts and share my experiences too

I will definitely check out next month's meeting. I'm kinda excited actually. I checked the DCOS website and I saw that there's an open house at Silva Orchids this weekend. Is that still on as far as you know? I wouldn't mind checking that out
