Today's view from the green house
Hi everyone!
Just wanted to take a minute and say hi! My name is Jessica and I'm a fairly new orchid grower, in Michigan. I've been keeping phals for the past few years, but I grew up "helping" my grandfather with his orchid collection. Needless to say I have been bit by the bug.
My husband and I just purchased my grandparents home, which has a beautiful greenhouse. This has let me really start collecting. Anyways as I'm sure you can see the green house is far from full, and I'm trying my hand at a number of the varieties that my grandfather had kept

Welcome to the Orchidboard. You're definitely going to have to get more orchids in there in order to justify heating it during a Michigan winter.

Oh I'm sure I will be getting more orchids! I'm also counting my blessings that our green house is attached to the house and insulated, Michigan winters are rough
