At the beginning of this year I got into keeping dart frogs. The plants in thier vivariums have become as interesting as the frogs themselves, and Ive discovered that I love orchids! My reading and researching have led me here and I'm anxious to learn and be more successful in growing these wonderful plants. Thanks in advance. Chris
Welcome to the Orchid Board! Welcome to another desert-dweller. Look into the Tucson Orchid Society. I think you'll find froggers there among the orchidists.

Welcome to OB! I lived in Tucson for a few years in the early 2000s. I don't miss the terrible traffic, but I do miss the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and the spectacular lightning and thunder of the storms during the monsoon season. And I can still taste the delicious chimis from Micha's, I really miss those!
Thank you all for the warm welcome! I have looked into the Tucson Orchid society and plan to attend the next meeting, Thank you so much! its monsoon season now and the humidity is awful! lol. but the chimis are still good! hahaha
