Great set-up and plants look happy! Nice to see maximum use of limited space.

It has total of 4 spikes, here showing two, one was cut before I got it, the other just emerging.

It has a tag from pure beauty orchids.
Can anyone tell me what they mean, is it the ID?

Maybe it's inventory number from them. You might be able to locate its names thru their website

You may want to take it out of that pot. If it's what I think, there's probably no holes on the bottom and too much sphagnum moss smothering the roots so new medium will be needed. Just a thought! Oh,just saw the plastic liner but still think it needs repotting.

Thanks, Los of sphagnum for sure but root looks healthy, can I wait until flower to be over before reporting? I am afraid reporting now may terminate the blooms, hard call.

You can try remove some moss and just loosen up a bit. Most likely will not hurt the bloom
