Hi, my name is Kat and I just recently bought a lovely Phalaenopsis from the grocery store. I was impressed by its loveliness so I began researching the flower because I am an extreme novice when it comes to flowers, and that's how I found this website. I am so glad I found it because I have a ton of questions about my own particular Phal (which I have named Little Wing courtesy of my fave jimi hendrix song, lol).

You guys seem like a very friendly and knowledgable group of people, so I am looking forward to sharing pictures of my phal with you and also my questions and I am sure I will learn a ton from you guys.

Enjoy your new plant and if I can offcer one culture tip, don't over water! That's the way most 'newbies' lose their plants and thus their enthusiasm.
