Default growing orchids in Tahoe

Hi my name is Sarah I have been keeping orchids since 2009 but not till last year did I figure it all out and have healthy blooming orchids.

Since discovering how to keep orchids a live and happy I have bought a lot more and different kinds. I started with a Phalaenopsis killed it. Then was given another Phalaenopsis in 2009. I almost killed that one but then brought it back from almost death. Now its doing well and blooms for me.

After bringing back my orchid I bought another. Almost killed that one due to repotting it and not knowing what I was doing. But its been a year since I saw it in bloom and now I have 2 spikes. I am so happy.

Now I have
4 Phalaenopsis 3 small one med size.
1 Brassia
1 heaven sent sweet baby orchid
1 Miltonia of some kind don't know bought out of bloom as a rescue
1 Intergeneric Orchids But I am really not sure what it might be.

So that is my indoor garden and I love it. I might get one more.

I know what my newest orchid is now . It's a Zygonisia Murasakikomachi, which is a hybrid of Zygonisia Roquebrune x Aganisia cyanea,

This is my rarest orchid and I am not sure how it will do more of an impulse buy because I have never seen a orchid like it before.

I will post my plants soon.

Hi from NJ! Sounds like you're on the way to addiction! I have wonderful memories of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area-such a beautiful part of USA! I'm also trying my luck with Aganisia.
