Hey everyone.

I am getting back to participating in plant forums again. I was invited to join this board by a member here who goes by username SubRosa.

I am very active in promoting carnivorous plants and I am currently the President of the New England Carnivorous Plant Society (NECPS).

I have been growing orchids for over twenty years. I am into fragrant orchids with cool-looking flowers like Gongora and Maxillaria. I grow many different types of plants.

I have a post planned to request help with dividing a Gongora tricolor.

I will post some pictures once my post count is up.

Hello and welcome! I have had to get a few CP's as they are quite proficient at bug control. My family was ready to toss out my plants due to fungus gnats so the Butterwort was my first addition. Then came the Purple Pitcher and Venus flytrap. If I come across anything else, I have a feeling it is going to come home, too. They are really cool plants.

Hello! I'm in Boston and in the summer here, the fruit flies drive me practically nuts. I have two Drosera capensis settling in nicely before the weather warms up this year. I'm happy to hear advice on what else I should incorporate in my fly-eating arsenal. Welcome!
