New dude here from the philippines

... i dont know if there are filipino members here.. but i sure like this forum in learning a lot in growing orchids.. hope i could learn a lot from you here..

im growing vandas, dendrobium and cattleya.. got quite a hard time growing cattleya.. because im impatient in watering my orchids..

hoping to learn a lot from you here.. quite a bit lucky that i love in a country with orchids being quite endemic here..

for me its a bit of a challenge in making this orchids bloom.. and because of that.. i came to love this orchids..

I have some orchids endemic to the Philippines in my collection; my most prized one is the Vanda sanderiana then I love my Phalaenopsis philippinensis and the Amesiella monticola is currently in spike.

Hi I have been to the philippines a few times. Where in the philippines are you from?

Orchids I have that can be found in the philippines. Vanda ustii, Vanda luzonica, Vanda reoblingiana, Vanda lamellata, Vanda merillii, Aerides lawrenceae sanderiana (and several other aerides species). Cymbidium finlaysonianum and bicolor. Trichoglottis philippinensis and many more the list is too long.

I am always interested in the philippines species.
