Just a quick post to introduce myself.

I've been bitten by the plant bug since long ago... Grandmother has a green thumb... and I seem to have the knack for growing things. Orchids were always beautiful, but I never bothered since I was in the Air Force and had to move often. Cactus and succulents were my speed.

Avid gardener, and started by buying three garden store orchids, and NOT killing them. It was on.
It didn't help that my darling Bride and I honeymooned in Hawaii and took tours of some of the orchid growers there.

Anyway, I have about 20 different orchids and have moved most into semi-hydro pots/system.
