Default Postcard Greetings from Canada!

Hiya,

I'm new to Orchid board, but maybe not so new to appreciating the beauty of orchids. I have three - whoops, scratch that... 4 lovely phalaenopsis on my window sill at the moment, and all are in bloom.

I'm in landscape architecture but have a love affair with anything design and art based. You might often catch me with a pencil in hand drawing the things around me, or a Micro pen doodling for zentangle.

I'm looking forward to meeting some new friends and learning from some combined wisdom!

Thanks everyone! It's gives me some kind of comfort you're out there!

As a little confession, I keep wandering to the cut flowers section where the phals are kept in the grocery store... but really, I need to be content with the phal family I have.

Hope you're all enjoying the weekend!

Oh that's hard. I couldn't resist until I had so many all the window-ledges and the mantelpiece are completely packed as full as they will go. Even now I always take a look even though I can resist buying now (well mostly)
