Hello! I'm Carol and I'm from the Hudson Valley of New York State. I recently have gotten serious again about orchids. One of my goals is to get my phal that hasn't bloomed in two years to bloom. I have joined the AOS and the local orchid society. Here is a list of my orchids so far:

4 NOID Phals
Potinara Tropical Orange 'Apricosa'
Cattleya bowringiana
Paphiopedilum Hung Sheng Curtisii
Blc Everything Nice 'Showtime' HCC/AOS
CTNA Maui Maid x C. Hawaiian Wedding Song

I'm looking forward to learning more about orchid culture from OrchidBoard.

I am from Orange County...so nearby! Are you going to the Orchid Show and Sale in Newburgh on 10/19? I am going to take two friends from my Garden Club for the education time @ 1:00 pm.

I think that you are starting a very fine collection of orchids! Look forward to hearing from you and seeing your blooms here at the forum.
