Nhawwwww... orchid digest never gave anyone a discount, even when it was black and white. Kuperwitz needs all the money he can get. I am trying to track down who bought 1/2 of my plant after I got the FCC. Old Clark Day made the arrangements and I guess he was afraid I would leave him out of the deal if I found out who it was.
Guess he was judging me by his standards. But anyway after 40 years the clone has made its way back to the U.S., it is my challenge to find it. Who knows it may be necessary to go to japan to search it out!!!

Welcome aboard. Here is a link to someone who listed it as part of their collection: fairrieanum v. album 'Hagee's' FCC/AOS
Hope you find it.

Hello, and welcome to OB.

I don't know if you have try KLEM Growers. Their web site has a list of flask. However it does not give date of last pollination.

Thanks, I have had several very good tips on my search, but no confirmed sightings of the plant. I hope that time has not claimed the original clone to hybridizing. I have found many crosses with my original plant. The judging was in '72, so a few years have passed.
