I lived in Texas many years ago when my father worked at NASA when we sent people to the moon. I lived in Seabrook and hung out with the children of astronauts. Those were pretty exciting days!

Hi there! I live in Denton Texas! It is a little north of Dallas/Ft. worth. We have two Universities here, Texas Woman's University and the University of North Texas that I attend. It is a nice sized city and pretty diverse. Denton is a little like Austin, a lot of hippies and Music, but not as expensive. I love it here!

Would love to meet a fellow orchidteer.
I am the plant raffle table girl this year at
the Houston Orchid Society. HOS meets on
the first Thursday of the month at the Houston
Rose Garden at 1500 Hermann Drive, right across
from the Miller Outdoor Theratre. Show up at one
of the meetings and I will introduce to to many.
Doing a gig with Barbata Bush for literacy at St.
Martin Church. Been pretty busy and I'll be out
at a cook-off here shortly out at the Farm & Ranch
Club.

Happy Growing and am looking forward to meeting you!

Hi! I'm down the road in San Leon. Thats Galveston County, mainland side, on the bay. Between Kemah and Texas City,in Dickinson area. I say all that because nobody knows where San Leon is. Just a little fishing village. Been in Texas all my life. Raised in Orange on the TX/LA state line. Moved here 10 years ago. Love it here! Gladys
