Psychopsis not blooming
Hi Everyone,
I have a 2 yr old psychopsis, it bloomed like crazy for a while. When blooming stopped I repotted it as nursery instructions given to me. It is growing like crazy, but no blooms in a while. Any suggestions to help. Thanks

Perhaps its just taking this time to grow into its new pot. Congrats on past blooms. One of our motto's here on Orchid Board is that Growth is GOOD! Roots are GOOD! So be happy for your little plant.
Welcome to the ORchid Board, glad you are with us.

Psychopsis really hate being moved/transplanted. Give it good, bright light, keep it evenly moist....not wet, pretty much like a Phal. and time. It will reward you when it's ready.

use some KLN...I say, 'it puts roots on a shovel'.
Get that 'puppy' growing so you can see your rewards.
I have a small mendenhall and it just keeps blooming.
Happy Growing!

WELCOME! to OB! I'm glad to hear that your plant is growing. Better progress than wilted leaves. Is it a big plant? Pictures would be awesome.

I feel for your frustration. I have had one for 3 years with lots of leaves but still no bloom. I'm starting to get really PO'ed!

Once established it will bloom . Mine is in a slat basket in Spag. when the moss is tired I pick it out and put in new , they really don't like to be disturbed . Todd try upping the light on yours if you can . Gin
