Default Ciao from Italy!

Hi All!
I live in Northern Italy, Piedmont.

I've start to grow some fragrant phalaenopsis some years ago, but I'm still an a newbie...I'm still trying to understand how not to kill them

I've learned a lot from this forum, it's amazing how much knowledges you have shared here!

Now I've decided to set up a intermediate/warm orchidarium for my phal...it'll be a disaster?
Maybe, but it'll be fun to try!

ps.
sorry for my poor english!

Benvenuto a bordo!

Sit back and relax....read posts and learn from the other members on how they grow orchids from their own past and present experiences.

Don't be sorry at all!!
In a sense you're right: in informal italian "ciao" is used both to say "hello" (when you meet someone) and "goodbye" (when you leave someone).
I think there is no a unique translation of "goodbye" in formal italian.
A very general translation can be "arrivederci".
For a permanente farewell, we say "addio".
Instead, for a short departure, we use "a presto"
ecc ecc ecc

Well, there is a few specialized growers here in Italy.
If they don't have what I'm looking for, I search in Germany...there are many webshop and the shipping costs are still reasonable.
