Hello
I have been doing loads of reading on this forum lately and decided it's time to join
I live in Cape Town, South Africa and currently have two phal's. Seen as it is early winter here, and holding thumbs that i may get a flower spike in the next few weeks
Just wanted to introduce myself, off to do some more reading

Incidentally, if you'd like some "face time" with fellow orchid addicts, take your pick from:

Tygerberg Orchid Group
or
Cape Orchid Society

The latter is having a show this month, which will probably be worth your while visiting.

Joining your local orchid society is usually the best way of learning more about these plants, as fellow members will often be growing in similar conditions.
