Hi, everyone! I am just getting started with 2 orchids, one that I just got today, and one my mom had and I am bringing back to life. Any tips or tricks for my mom's orchid would be helpful.

They are both phaelopsis orchids. The one I'm trying to save has green leaves but hasn't flowered in years and was overwatered. I have repotted it and removed the bad roots,
