Welcome! It is a good idea, I think to report your Phals since one never knows what's lurking underneath the top of the medium and in addition you do not have them all in the same medium which can make for some problems in uneven watering. Potting is rather traumatic when you're new to orchids, however, and you do need to give them a little extra TLC while they're recovering. If you have a humid bathroom window with light that is not too bright that is ideal. You might also wait until they're done flowering, but you'll have to be very careful about watering. Looks, though, like you're doing a very good job with them.
