I have been reading you for more than a year and today I have decided to post my first post here...
The results of your advice are 22 orchids on the windowsill (14 phals - all but three are either spiking or blooming, 1 onc - still negotiating about his growing conditions, 2 "cambrias" - I know the term is not correct, but I cannot think of the right one in this moment, 1 miltonia, 2 cymbs, 1 "Peggy Ruth" and 1 Zygopetalum...
No, no, I am not orchid addict, not at all (or maybe I am?)
Anyway, I know you will understand my passion/obsession with these beautifull flowers...
P.S. please forgive my mistakes in English - but you know what they say - practice makes perfect...

Welcome! This is a great forum for orchid addicts (and I think you probably fit right in ). Can't wait to see pictures of your collection. And your English is perfect!

I visited Zagreb (and much of the Dalmatian Coast) about 8 years ago and enjoyed every minutes. One of our best vacations ever.

Welcome to OB. Always nice to have a new orchid addict join the board It sounds like you have a nice ix of orchids. Be sure and post some pictures of ones in bloom.
