Hello and welcome

We have folks from all around the world sharing their thoughts and experiences here on OB

What types of orchids are you growing? Have you been growing for a long time or just starting out? In either case, you're sure to find items of interest here...and I look forward to your input on the board

We've got a wonderful photo gallery...and pics can also be added to your posts in the form of thumbnails.

If you need help with anything, please let us know

thank you Susanne B,

I have orchids from long ago, but it's been last year when I encreased my interest and my collection. now I've around 100 -120 orchids, but may are young.
I've mostly Cattleyas, Phaleonopsis, Vandas and Dendrobiums, but I have a very large list of others which I would like to have.

Now I'm really interested in seed and stem propagation, I know how hard it is, but I want to try.

I have Phalaenopsis 2 seed pods growing, so I still have a few weeks to study the tecnics.

I will make may questions, because I need to learn a lot.

Regards,

Monstera d

LOL...it doesn't matter how large our collections are...we ALL have very large lists of others we want!

We have a number of people on the board who are experienced in seed and stem propogation. We actually have an entire forum dedicated to that subject. I'm sure you will get your questions answered.

Happy to have you with us...enjoy the board

Welcome aboard. Sounds like you have been bitten by the orchid bug pretty hard, just like the rest of us. Have fun, and keep us posted about your success.

Welcome to the Orchid Board! It seems you are also into plants of the family Araceae?? I love them too as well as orchids. Glad you could join.
