A little background and my setup

hey guys, used to grow carnivorous plants, but stopped due to unforeseen circumstances. I've had a phal for a couple of years and have had it rebloom for me so I decided to pick up a few more last weekend to see how it goes. As of right now I have two unknown phals, one Cattleya, one Oncidium, and one Brassavola. I've got most growing under lights in my bedroom and I'm going to include a pic for any critiquing so here you go!

Oh, also I live in south eastern New Mexico.
