Greetings - my name is Doug and I live in São Paulo Brazil. I started buying orchids just to photograph them and then of course the bug bit me and now is STILL buy orchids and photograph them, but care for them also..

Welcome! I wish I was a pro with a camera. My attempts at taking orchid pictures are usually doomed to my lack of talent. Thankfully, I am better with the roses and butterflies.

I sort of did the oposite, took pictures of my orchids and then got more and more into photography as a result, although my husband took up the photography hobby as a result of my orchids, even more than I did. They're good hobbies to go together  |
