Hello orchid lovers! My name is Erica. I am a first time orchid grower but long time orchid lover. As a teenager my stepmother had 17 different types of orchids growing in our home, and I was always fascinated by their beauty and delicacy.

I recently bought my first phal and I am a bit nervous about trying my hand at growing for the first time, but I have found that the information I have found in this community has given me the confidence and knowledge to dive into this wonderful hobby head first.
