Introductions - Hello from Nantucket Female
Default Introductions - Hello from Nantucket

Good Morning OB:
I am inspired to introduce myself because of Ron's white slipper picture posted this morning. Didn't know about OB and have been reading all posts for the last two months.
Have been dappling in orchids for about 5 years. One of my clients at the end of the season loaded me up with Phal's. Have killed my fare share during the learning process, but seem to be able to bloom them now.
The past year and a half my interests have peeked and I wanted to put forth more effort and branch out into more unusual orchids. Yikes! I feel like an addict. My collection includes, 1 Onc. Mendenhall "hildos" in bud, 2 mas., "mystica", "erinacea", 1 jewel orchid, 1 bellista NOid, 2 Pleuro., "wagnerri", col Kuhn (yellow), 1 Cirr., "icicles", cat., aurantiaca (darkest orange), Haddy Notch (paradise), 2 den. NOid, 4 phal, NOid, 1 phal equestris, 3 paph. "The Queen", "Sukhakulii", "Prince Edward of York"
This learning process have been delightful and I am finding what my likes and dislikes are in the orchid world. There will be NO MORE "NOid's", Phals, or Cat's. My interests lie in the Pleurothallis genus, to include dracula's. Also, I am fascinated with the neofinitia's.
I would like to thank all of you who write on a regular basis, the information has been wonderful!!!!!
