, hope all is well. ive been growing orchids for about a year now and im looking to learn and share what i have learned with everyone.
i have a small collection at then time just two phals which are doing great and a den anosmum which got from them MOS the other day...can any one give some pointers on how to keep it happy.
Welcome to Orchid Board, I hope you enjoy the board, I'm sure you will
Your phals are really pretty. I'm afraid I don't know anything about the Den either. It might be best to start another post in the dendrobium section as more of the right people may see it again.
"The long, pendulous stems make this species unsuited to a pot. It can be tied to a slab or grown in a hanging basket. The plants must be given a dry rest during the colder weather if they are to flower well. During the growing season it should be watered copiously. It does best in strong to filtered light, good air movement and humid conditions. The aerial growths on the stem can be used to produce new plants."
