Recently, I got hooked onto reading about mountings. i love the article and pictures of orchids being mounted on clay pot. The orchids look fantastic on them.
I got myself 3 unglazed 'vases' thru ebay and yesterday, I plucked up my courage to mount some orchids for the first time. Here are the pics of the mounts.
I also read some posts about using pantyhose for tying. I managed to get a pair from my mother-in-law. Therefore as you can see, I use it to tie the orchids with some spagh moss.
One is a phalanopsis and the other is a sarc.
