Hi
Just starting out with orchids.
I have 2 orchids at the moment, placed in my frog tank.
The temp is around 20 degrees celcius.
Give them a spray twice a week, and they are going great. They have grown twice the size in 12 months.
One i think is a Tiger orchid, im not to sure.
Anyone knows the names, id appreciate it.

Well it looks happy. Congratulations. Welcome to the ORchid board. Growing orchids in my frog tanks is what originally brought me to this board as well. What kind of frogs do you keep?

Yeah, they are mostly nocturnal, but theydo venture out sometimes through the day.
Mostly we turn off the UVb light around dusk and they come out and venture round.
Have to change tanks as i forgot to allow for drainage. (Tank flooded) Have to make a new temporary home while i redo this tank.

Aboard twodogs, its great to have you here, frogs too

Many of our members have viv's with frogs, much like yours. Only frogs I have are the ones that are outside on the side walk that scare the poo-ee out of you when you least expect it...night lovers..

It's great to have you and a wealth of information awaits and if you cna't find an answer, don't hesitate to ask.
