Default Another hello from Northern MI

Just wanted to say hello to all my fellow Michigan orchid enthusiasts, as well as everyone else. Northern Michigan here, I'm into cool growing plants (mostly masdevallias, cymbidiums, dendrobiums & zygopetalums) and after years of growing under lights am trying to get the hang of greehouse growing. Nice to meet you all as I peruse the pages,
Adam

Hi Adam

I'm sure you'll find lots of information from people who grow in a greenhouse in your location. We'd love to hear something about what you're growing and see some pics

If you have any questions, let us know...we've got some great folks always willing to help a fellow addict

Welcome, Adam! Its great to have another 'cool grower' here on Orchid Board. I'd love to see photos of your plants if you have any you can post. Good luck with the greenhouse thing... that's a step I've not been brave enough to take - though I have a greenhouse, I only use it for potting things and starting seeds.

Adam, I replied to your e-mail. A hearty welcome and give me a call. I'd like to see your greenhouse and hear how you can afford to heat it

There are a few others here in Northern Mich. Houghton Lake, etc. and I wish we could get the Traverse City bunch to respond and join. I know there are a bunch in that area.

Look forward to chattin with you.

Welcome to the Orchid Board. I long to have a greenhouse some day, but first I must get myself a yard to put it in
Glad you were able to join us! What kind of lighting did you use to use for your orchids?
