Thanks Marty for sharing the link with KIki.
Well the outdoors seems to be a problem for some growers, though I am not the only one who does continuously grow outdoors. Many Floridians grow their 'chids outdoors also. Bugs aren't a problem for me, because I have the 'chids elevated and off the floor at least by a foot or two. They are protected from any winds, which rarely happens, by my front porch, so to speak...I live in a townhouse, so the side of my garage is one side barrier than I have the other townhouse next to me as the other side barrier. Humidity here is high very high, in the 60 to 90%, with high temps, reaching 100s easily. You just gradually increase the exposure to the sun, then once the leaves start to have a reddish tint to them, you start to take them back gradually over time. Of course I mist the aerial roots every day on my phals in the morning, and feed with every watering.....Any questions let me know or ask in the threads of beginners or respectful alliances!
